Product Information

250mL Graduated Cylinder with Density/Volume Finder (DVF) is designed to obtain the volume of objects that are difficult to measure.
DVF slides over cylinder. The cylinder is filled with enough water to accomondate the object being submerged. The DVF is slid until its zero line is aligned with the water level.
The unknown object is submerged and the change in water level on the DVF scale can be easily read. The reading on the DVF scale is the volume of the submerged object. Saves valuable time. it eliminates several trips to the laboratory sink to reach an accurate starting level.
Measures 29mm tall with base, approx. 4mm diameter. Detailed instructions included.

Not worth the plastic it's made

It was very disappointing to open the package to find this item was a flimsy piece of plastic tubing with an even more flimsy base. No where in the description does it say it was not glass, so I expected glass. Is it just me?
