Diana Ackerman wrote that when we look into a mirror we are “looking into a predator’s eyes”.
This 5 times life-size model let’s students look the physical components of vision right in the eye. Resting on a base of bony orbit, this model dissects into the upper half of the sclera with cornea and eye muscle attachment; both halves of the choroid with iris and retina; the lens; and the vitreous humour. It also features the eyelid and lachrymal system.
The included keycard is written in English, German, French and Latin. Dimensions: 13 x 14 x 21 cm.
