Aluminium Meter Stick

I spoke with a sales person and specifically inquired about this Aluminium Meter Stick. I insisted that I want a Metric-Only Meter Stick. I said no inches! The person told me that the Meter Stick has no inches. When it arrived, it had inches on it! I was so upset. I called and requested a Meter Stick with no inches and they admitted that they do not have that product and offered me a refund. This is a matter of them not knowing their product line. How disgraceful! I wish they would just tell me the truth in the beginning.
