Illustrate atomic structure with the rings and spheres contained in this kit.

Students use the supplied materials to create large three-dimensional atomic models of 36 different elements. You can hang up to eight of these models from the ceiling at one time. Developed by Bob Gang.

Includes materials for eight mobiles: 19 large rings (to represent covalent radii of elements from hydrogen (7.5 cm) to potassium (46 cm)), 74 wooden spheres in nine colors representing nuclei and electrons, periodic table, assortment of small parts for assembling and suspending models, and a detailed instruction manual.
