JM101 Host Type includes plasmid pUC8 and is resistant to ampicillin. The JM101, Wild Type and RRI can be transformed with pUC8 plasmid to become resistant to ampicillin and to metabolize lactose. As they are perishable, a ship date must be specified. Freeze-dried.
