Boreal Streak Plate Culture Kit

Product Information

The streak plate technique is commonly used to produce well-separated colonies of bacteria from a sampling of mixed organisms.

Includes: a mixed, freeze-dried culture of Chromobacterium violaceum and Kocuria rhizophila, rehydration medium, tryptic soy agar, plate, pipette, swab, inoculating loop, and instructions with three supplemental exercises.
