Jump Start Lessons in Electromagnetism!

Students learn hands-on about electricity and magnetism as they build their own working motor (including armature, brushes, bearings and solenoid) using common objects like paper clips, safety pins, magnets, nails, wire and wooden parts. The lab was developed by science teacher Kathy Osborne.

All necessary materials for 6 lab stations are included. Requires a Soldering Iron and 9V batteries, not included.
