Product Information

Transfrom your students from mere observers of nature to active participants with this hands-on kit. Watch as lowly caterpillars form chrysalides then become colorful butterflies. Enhance life cycle or metamorphosis lessons with living examples. Development can take between 14 and 21 days. Kit includes: 30 live larvae, 30 vials with lids, 8oz. of nutrient, plastic cage, camel hair brush, plastic spoon and instruction sheet.

Replacement Set 67007-00 includes: (30) live larvae, (30) vials with lids, nutrient, brush, spoon and instructions. Set 67007-05 (5) live larvae, (5) vials with lids, nutrient, brush, spoon and instructions.


Note: Some states require USDA permit. Available in Canada from April until September only. When ordering replacement larvae a 10-day lead time is required for shipping.
