This student-friendly mini-titration lab from Tim Graham allows students to calculate the % concentration of active ingredients found in common household liquids: ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, and vinegar. Students use pipets (measuring the mass before and after the reaction) to quantify their results. Grades 10-12. Includes: phenolphthlein ind.; beral pipets/100; 500mL each of ammonia, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide sodium hydroxide and sulfuric acid; potassium permanganate; sodium permanganate; vinegar, instructions.
