Run up to twelve gels at once. With enough materials for a large class to perform agarose gel electrophoresis simultaneously or two classrooms to share, this versatile, yet economical package contains everything you need to perform a variety of biotechnology investigations. Two variable-voltage power supplies allow you to run up to six dual-gel chambers at once. The system also includes a lab activity to introduce students to agarose gel electrophoresis, a gel-drying system, a white-light illuminator, and GelCam camera with hood for photographing gels, two microcentrifuges, microcentrifuge tubes to hold DNA samples, three 0.5-10 mL micropipets and three 5-50 mL micropipets, both sizes with suitable tips, an instruction manual, and a training video to help students learn the electrophoresis procedure.
