Product Information

At 25x life-size, this hand-painted model is useful for teaching students about the anatomical structure of the earthworm. The enlarged organs allow you to easily demonstrate the functions of the intestine, dissedimenta, rudimentary heart, blood vessels, ganglion, nephridia and sex organs. In addition, the removable intestine allows you to show which cells are involved in digestion, and the seminal vesicles can also be removed to show testicles and sperm ducts.
Includes: descriptive key listing the coded parts of the model in English, French, German and Spanish.
