Product Information

With three dozen coded structures, this three-part model offers a fascinating journey into the organ responsible for hearing and balance.

The plastic replica, enlarged five times, features an eardrum with a &"see-through&" window and a dissected cochlea. The removable semicircular canals contain colored fluid, allowing you to show students how the canals help us maintain equilibrium.

The comprehensive teaching program is designed specifically for use with the model and includes two audiocassettes, 10 blackline masters, a chart and a teacher's guide with background information, laboratory activities and suggestions for using the model in the classroom.
