Product Information

With this kit, your students will have the ability to test water for fecal pollutants, primarily Escherichia coli. The presence of E. coli is important because it sometimes indicates a larger sewage problem. Includes: 20 filters (0.45 μ), 25 filters (0.22 μ) and twenty 1 mL sterile pipets. Media sold separately. This test requires an incubator that can be maintained at 24°C for 24 hours and the Millipore Basic Equipment Set, which are not included.
