The Gel XL-Ultra (TM) Electrophoresis System features multichannel compatible combs, intelligent, direct-connect power supply, a safety lid with photosensor, and UV transparent gel tank and gel trays, all the while offering the convenience of a compact and easy set up.

The Gel XL Ultra (TM) is a complete electrophoresis system that includes all components necessary for casting and running agarose gels. The removable, intelligent power supply connects directly onto the side of the gel tank, ensuring a proper connection every time. It also features easy-to-use push buttons, a large display, four output voltages, a digital timer and alarm, and a photosensor that prevents the system from running if the cover is not in place. Measures 64 x 164 x 35 mm WDH.

The standard casting set boasts lots of outstanding benefits. Both sides of the four dual-format combs are multichannel compatible, so multiple combs can be used in the same gel and up to 96 samples can be loaded onto a single gel--saving you time! The self-sealing casting stand holds one large (13 x 12 cm) or two small (13 x 6 cm) gel trays, offering the most convenient method of gel casting available.

The UV gel tank is transparent, allowing easy viewing without handling samples during electrophoresis. Its large size means you can do longer runs and get better sample resolution. Measures 183 x 164 x 56 mm WDH.
