Classroom-practicality combines with superior performance and simple operation to make the Ohaus Scout Pro balances the most popular and durable electronic balances used in science labs today. The balances feature milligram readability, multiple weighing units, a variety of application modes, a large display, and density and specific gravity determinations with an integrated below balance hook or toploading kit. Also, the Scout Pro is the only portable balance with an optional USB or RS232 interface for data acquisition using Vernier LoggerPro software. This connectivity allows you to collect mass vs. time data from the balance alone or simultaneously with other sensors. Scout Pro balances are powered by the included AC adapter or four AA batteries, not included. Average size: 17.1 x 6.1 x 21cm.
