A virtual electromagnetism curriculum in a box, this kit includes five different hands-on investigations and all the equipment necessary to complete the activities. Students explore the magnetic fields around different wire arrangments, identify and experiment with the core and coil variables that make up an electromagnet, and discover the concept of electromagnetic induction. A teacher demo for the eddy current and a simple motor are also outlined and supported with the necessary equipment. Includes teacher and sttudent guide.
