Safe Spectrums

Recently I had the great pleasure of sampling the new Spectrum Tube Power Supply. This product is fantastic! After using my old standard power supply for 25 years in my chemistry and physics classes, this new one is a welcome relief and change. No longer will I worry about student accidents and student safety. The spectral tubes are encased in durable plastic and are not at all fragile like the standard tubes. Best of all, I will never again be concerned about dangerous shocks because there are no exposed electrodes on the tubes or in the power supply unit. All electrical contacts are internal. You simply insert the tube into the power unit and it automatically turns on. When the tube is removed, the power unit automatically shuts off thanks to an ingenious magnetic switch. And as a special bonus, there is no annoying buzzing sound on this ultra-quiet unit. I love it!
