Product Information

Provide an impressive, hands-on demonstration of the fragility of the mammalian lung with this kit.
Students can see and learn how a lung works by inflating and deflating it with a pump. A section of dried lung is included with each kit to show internal anatomy structures including arteries, veins, bronchioles and alveoli, and bronchus.
This kit is suitable for all grade levels. Included in the kit are a pair of reusable, preserved swine lungs, an inflation rack and tray, air pump, one section of dried swine lung, and a detailed teacher's guide. Additional lung sections can be purchased separately.
The Simulated Smoker's Lungs show the effects of prolonged smoking; they have been realistically blackened with carbon particles and feature two simulated cancerous tumors.
