Students test for E Coli
With this easy-to-use kit, each student can conduct his or her own test to determine whether Escherichia coli are present in a water supply.
Simply collect a water sample and add it to one of the tubes of lactose broth. If E. coli are present, the broth undergoes a dramatic color change after sitting at room temperature for 24 hours.
Includes: 25 sealed tubes (pre-filled with lactose broth) and Instructions.
