The T-1902 is a versatile, full-sized modular microscope designed to be easily adapted to multiple applications.
Its dual view head and objective lens can be interchanged with those of the other models in the series - the T-1901 (47847-00 ) and T-1903 (47848-00 ) - allowing you to create a completely different microscope geared to your specific microscopy needs.
The 1902 features a 10x widefield eyepiece with pointer, a tucked reverse nosepiece that increases the stage viewing area, three objectives (4x,10x, 40xR), coarse and fine focal adjustment, recessed screws, and a built-in 20-watt illuminator with access to the bulb protected by a "student-proof" pull-down door.
The body is ergonomically designed for proper handling and ease of use. The contour metal base is covered with high-density plastic to prevent chipping under normal student use.
