Investigate Brownian motion, Boyle’s Law, the random motion of gases, and molecular motion compared to temperature and pressure.A small motor drives a piston at high speeds in a plastic cylinder. Small balls represent molecules. The agitated balls simulate the molecular motion of a gas. Includes: instructions, 1 motor assembly, a head rod assembly, 1 cylinder, 1 pkg. of grommets, 1 pkg. of spheres, 1 rubber stopper. Note: A 1.5 - 4.5V, DC power supply or battery pack, a mounting board for the motor, and a post or board and clamp to hold the cylinder are required but not included.
