Update your existing Boreal Research Microscope to Digital Microscope that can be used with or without a computer. This unique DVB head attached easily to your scope and allows you to introduce digital microscope to your students with vivid colors and contrast. It features a built-in high resolution 3″ TFT retractable screen, so multiple students can use the scope simultaneously and all clearly view the specimens.

You can link the head to a computer with the provided USB and use it with Motic Images Plus 2.0ML application software where live images can be captured, edited, measured and otherwise quantified. Images can also be captured up to a resolution of 5 Megapixels directly onto an SD card, not included. The head includes a monocular eyetube with WF10X/18mm eyepiece.

The DVB Head is also available as a complete microscope with professional ASC objectives, a built-in stage with Abbe 1.25NA substage condenser. Take advantage of the the digital capabilities and versatility of the DVB Head on a microscope ideal for student and research use. The microscope also features coaxial coarse and fine focusing with coarse tension control and 12V/20W halogen illumination with dimmer control.
