Product Information

These are ideal classroom fire extinguishers, effective against all three types of fire: wood and paper, liquids and grease, and electrical. Both contain dry chemical powder, pressurized with carbon dioxide gas. The powder is discharged in a blanket-like stream at a range of more than four meters to smother the fire. UL ratings are 1A10B:C for the 2.5 lb. model and 4A60B:C forthe 10 lb. model. The 2.5 lb model can also be recharged. Both have a pressure indicating gauge and are supplied with wall-mounting hardware.
