The NYS Grade 4 Elementary-Level Science Performance Test Kit includes materials for three (3) stations/10 set-ups each. 

Station 1: 30 labeled jars, 20 labeled lids, 10 labeled plastic cups, 10 plastic 100mL beakers, 12 rocks, 10 metric/English rulers, 2 medicine cups, paper towel sheets.

Station 2: 12 D-cell batteries, 12 mini bulbs, 10 bulb holders, 10 battery holders, 30 insulated wires with clips, 10 bar magnets, 10 sets of "test objects" (penny, rubber band, paper clip, plastic spoon, nickel, wooden stick, aluminum foil square, colored ceramic disk).

Station 3: 10 wood blocks, 10 metric rulers with groove, 10 transparent containers with hole and colored dot, 10 golf balls in labeled bags, 10 ping-pong balls in labeled bags, 10 laminated place mats, 1 roll duct tape, 1 roll masking tape.
