Product Information

This kit introduces students to the scientific method of problem solving, training them to "think scientifically". Here the emphasis is on behavioral reaction and observation rather what it is: a better black box. Students develop a hypothesis (from experimentation) about the inner configuration of one of twelve different OB-Scertainers® by indirect observation. They test their hypothesis and make a new one if necessary. Activities are concise enough to be completed in one lab period. Includes: 24 (2 each of 12 different) Ob-Scertainers®, 24 steel balls, and 50 student worksheets.
