Product Information

A built-in function generator (BNC output of 50 1/2 and TTL) generates triangle waves, sine waves and square waves with a frequency range of 0.1Hz to 1MHz.
This versatile, portable unit offers a wider than specified frequency response, as well as a high deflection factor and wide dynamic range – up to 20MHz without waveform distortion.
Other features include low drift with compensation circuit, excellent trigger sensitivity, and stable observation of video signals.
