Product Information

The Photosynthesis Demonstration Apparatus allows you to study two phenomena of plant physiology: gaseous release by aquatic plants and absorption of water by terrestrial plants. The included experiments consist of varying a number of physical and chemical conditions imposed on a plant and measuring the results. This patented device can be used in the field utilizing natural light or indoors with an overhead projector or lamp, for easy-to-see classroom demonstrations. You can also employ more than one apparatus to show different results of varied conditions simultaneously.
Includes: Photosynthesis Demonstration Apparatus, 2 one hole rubber stoppers, 3 color filters, 3 light-limiting bars, 1 clear bar, 2 plastic dropping pipets and a user's manual with complete instructions and over a dozen activities. Additional equipment recommended: Overhead Projector or lamp, plants, stopwatch.
