Product Information
How do molecules interact with each other? Show your students the forces involved in ionic and molecular interaction with this demonstration kit, designed by chemistry teacher Dale Holder. Using marbles, a variety of magnets, inert plastic chips and an overhead projector, you can illustrate the ways in which non-polar molecules and ions form shapes based on distribution and charge. Grades 8-11. Includes: magnetic marbles, plain marbles, ceramic disk magnets (two sizes), plastic chips and complete instructions. (Please note: An overhead projector is required but not included).
