Product Information Determine the genetic "fingerprint" for three DNA samples - two unknown and one known standard. Students compare the number and positions of the stained bands using Rf values and a standard curve plot, which they make themselves. DNA samples are derived from bacteria and bacteriophages (from lambda phage). (Please note: Borate gels (3-8%) are required but not included.) A ship date is required for Sample Set.
