Product Information This lab explores how other medium, such as water, affects the speed of light. Students use a 30/60/90° hollow prism and a laser to verify the laws of refraction and find the experimental index of refraction of a liquid. The included laser tracing brackets can be used to position a laser beam along a pre-determined path and to draw a line along the path of a laser beam. Extra laser tracing brackets are available.
