Product Information The kit features a new magnetic mounting system for holding components on a table top without expensive optical benches. Experiments in the m anual include fundamentals of diffraction, refraction and reflection, Michelson interferometry, planar holography (viewing only), polarization, and color. Components include a magnetic platform, an assortment of magnet mounts, lenses, polarizing filters, color slides, a beam spreader, a beam splitter, prisms, a diffraction grating replica, surface mirrors, a graduated scale, and other accessories. The teacher’s manual contains 33 laser experiments, with complete instructions for laser operation and safety. We recommend our Student Laser (66824-01 ) for use with this kit.
