Molucad allows students to easily construct molecules by pointing and clicking, or selecting from over 170 pre-built molecules and function groups.
This powerful software package provides instant 3D visualizations of complex molecular structures, a comprehensive library of molecules and fragments already assembled, a mouse-driven rotational view that allows students to “fly” around and into complex molecular structures, a built-in interactive periodic table of elements with links to all pertinent data, and more. Students can also export their images for incorporation into lab reports or presentations.
