VistaPix is an 8x30 binocular integrated with a digital camera that is great for sporting events, concerts, wildlife and nature observation, and hunting. The result is a beautifully designed streamlined device that looks as great as it works and as high-tech as it is.
The fully-functioning binocular features a 5.8 degree field of view, a linear field of view of 304 feet at 1000 yards, 12mm eye relief, multicoated optics, and tripod adaptability.
The 1.3 megapixel digital camera offers a high resolution of 1280x960, a CMOS image sensor, expandable 16MB SD flash memory (expands to 256MB), a 10 second self-timer, and is both NTSC and PAL compatible. In high mode you can record up to 45 images; in low mode up to 182, or record up to 2 minutes of continuous video.
Operates on 2 AAA batteries (not included). Using the included USB cable you can download images to your PC or laptop where they can be archived and manipulated using the included software. Using the software you can also digitally enlarge images up to 72x. Measures 173.5mm x 90.1mm x 57mm and weighs 397g.
