Product Information This device visually records the sound waves of three tuning forks of various lengths. Place a specially machined tuning fork into the wavemaker, tap the fork with the included hammer and the attached pen records the associated soundwave on adding machine tape. Roll the tape forward and select another fork. Measure and compare the wavelengths of each fork. Developed by Claire Zurbuch. Includes a video, instructions, and student worksheets. Grades 4–8.
