On a taunt line the Nova will behave like any kite, but give it some slack and suddenly Nova starts spinning and tumbling, careening across the sky like some rainbow-frocked sundog gone mad!
Pull the line tight and the Nova instantly regains composure. Kite is nylon on wooden dowels. Wind range is 8 to 25 mph.
