Product Information
Students build, investigate, and experiment with motorized simple machine models right in your classroom!
You can build multiple models simultaneously to demonstrate levers, pulleys, wheels and axles, inclined planes, wedges, screws, gears and motion. Add to student excitement and understanding when you motorize the built machines and watch them in action.
A CD-ROM provides color-coded instructions to build 22 models and explains how to motorize many of them. A 75-page teacher's guide that is aligned to NSES and ITEA standards also provides background information, assessment strategies, lesson plans, and design briefs included to assist the teacher as they facilitate inquiry activities in the classroom.
