Protector Portable Demonstration Hood designed to provide close observation of procedures during educational demonstrations.

This demonstration hood is a low profile, light-duty fume hood. This model features a deep 23&" interior which easily accomodates a variety of apparatus, the inside height of hood is 22.3&". Tempered safety glass on the front, sides, rear baffle, and top offer students excellent visability, ambient light, and complete protection.
Connection to a Remote Blower (77002-84), house exhaust or FilterMate Portable Exhauster is necessary for operation. FilterMate Portable Exhauster uses Organic Carbon Filters (77002-85).

The demonstration hood can be placed on a generous 36&"w x 26.7&"d x 1&" thick, solid epoxy Work Surface (77002-86). The black, chemical-resistant surface is &"dished&" to contain spills. If portability or lack of counter space is an issue, the Cart (77002-87) for the demo hood is the solution. The cart is epoxy-coated tubular steel with a bottom shelf and toe-locking 4&" diameter casters and supports loads up to 400 pounds. It includes the work surface.
