Product Information

n this activity, students will built two mini-watersheds: an agricultural site and a pristine wilderness near headwaters of a watershed. They will then use a conductivity sensor to measure the conductivity of runoff in each of these contexts, and will grasp how different land-use practices affect the quality of water runoff. This activity can be completed in two 50-minute lab sessions.
Includes instructions. Requires one sensor and one USB Link or one Xplorer Datalogger for each group of students.When you want to use more than one USB Link or Xplorer (or any combination), the USB 4-Port Hub expands your single USB to four USB ports.
