You can perform practically every conceivable pulley demonstration with the apparatus included in this kit. that can also be used to set up a very interesting and attractive display.
Two 91 cm steel rods are securely mounted to a heavy aluminum base that measures 15 x 107 cm. A crossbar is secured to the uprights with right angle clamps that permit easy adjustment.
Hook collars are used to support the pulleys and lines from the crossbar, and a large capstan and four hooks are mounted on the base.
The Pulley Demonstration comes with instructions, suggested experiments and demonstrations.
Includes: 4 weight hangers, 3 right angle clamps, 2 triple tandem pulleys, 14 slotted weights, 1 15-meter pulley cord, 2 quadruple pulleys, 8 hook collars, 6 single pulleys, 1 wheel and axle.
