Measures wind speed from 0 to 17 m/s (+) or (-) 10%, wind power from 0-7 grade, and wind direction 0-360 degrees (divided into 16 azimuths). Parts include wind direction board, wind speed dial plate, wind vane, direction pointer, direction dial plate, post, and base with built-in compass. Measures 22mm in height.
