Popular with students of all ages, slime is more than just slippery fun with this activity. Now turn it into an inquiry experiment by challenging students to find the optimum ratio of ingredients to make the slime with the best stretching, bouncing, or flowing properties. Includes enough materials for 90 preparations.

The activity in this kit is making slime, however instead of just making slime, inquiry is included to challenge the students. Students are challenged to design different experiments using different amounts of polyvinyl alcohol and borax to modify the experiment and make observations. This allows students to act like real scientists, and form different types of polymers, possibly ones that are stretchy, or ones that are very firm. Included in the kit are 200 durable plastic bags along with polyvinyl alchol and borax.
