Product Information

A basic Voltaic student cell for demonstrating the characteristics of primary cells.

This unit consists of a transparent glass cell body with a screw-on plastic ring and two brass electrode holders that accommodate round or flat electrodes. The set also includes a 36 x 72mm porous ceramic cup and ten electrodes—one each aluminum, nickel, graphite, iron, and copper (2); and two each lead and zinc.

Complete instructions are included. Student cells and porous cups are also available separately.
