Product Information

Students will use simultaneously a PASCO absolute pressure sensor and a temperature sensor to investigate how changes in temperature affect the rate of yeast metabolism. This activity can be completed in one 50-minute lab session. Grades 9–12. Includes materials for 30 students and instructions. Requires 2 sensors and 2 USB Links or 2 Xplorer Dataloggers for each group of students. If your computer does not have 2 USB ports, then you will need a USB 4-Port Hub.
