Product InformationFacilitate inquiry into the velocity of waves with this simple to use apparatus. It has a one meter long support rod which houses a frequency generator on one end and a pulley for masses on the other. Students can create transverse waves as the attached string is oscillated mechanically. From these transverse waves, students will investigate the amplitude and frequency, which both can be adjusted with the built in generator.
