The Mark of Fitness MF-74 Automatic Wristwatch Style Digital Electronic Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor is intended for the non-invasive measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and determination of heart rate in persons 15 years and older.

Recommended for use by persons with labile (unstable) blood pressure or known hypertension as an adjunct to medical management. Pressure is measured over a range of 0 to 300 mmHg and heart rate over a range of 40 to 160 beats/minute.

Simple to use - wrap the cuff around your wrist making sure it is completely wound, breathe deeply to relax, and press the button. The apparatus automatically starts inflating. When the pressure reaches applied pressure, the apparatus stops inflating. Pulse is indicated by the &"heart mark&" icon displayed on the LCD. When measurement is completed, the data is automatically stored in memory.

Nice techy design with very large LCD that clearly displays systolic and diastolic readings as well as pulse rate. Includes storage case and instructions. Requires two AAA batteries, available separately.
